PE tubing, with its low cost, high flexibility, and hygienic properties, has become the “basic” flexible tubing material in the consumer and light industrial sectors. PE (polyethylene) tubing is primarily made from polyethylene resin through an extrusion molding process. Based on density and molecular structure, it can be categorized into: LDPE (low-density polyethylene) tubing: Density 0.910–0.925 g/cm³, with numerous side chains in the molecular structure, offering excellent flexibility and suitability for low-pressure flexible applications.
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) tubing: Density 0.941–0.965 g/cm³, with highly ordered molecular chains, offering higher strength and hardness, suitable for medium-pressure environments.
LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) tubing: Combines the flexibility of LDPE with the strength of HDPE, offering outstanding puncture resistance.

Gas Transportation: HDPE gas hoses (with UV-resistant additives), compliant with GB 29993 standards, resistant to aging and rodent bites.
Cable Protection: PE corrugated pipes for building wiring, with good insulation and low cost, replacing metal corrugated pipes to reduce construction difficulty.
2. Agriculture and Landscape Irrigation
Drip/Sprinkler Irrigation Tubes: LLDPE hoses resistant to punctures and stretching, suitable for laying in farmland or lawns, adapting to terrain variations, with a lifespan of 2-3 years.
Pesticide Delivery Tubing: Resistant to corrosion from dilute pesticide solutions, low-cost (0.5–2 yuan per meter), suitable for single-use or short-term applications.

Aquaculture: Fish pond aeration hoses and water exchange hoses, resistant to seawater corrosion and algae adhesion, with a maintenance cycle of up to 1 year.
